Michelle Noris, P.E. is the President of Norfast. She is personally involved in all projects from inception to completion and is the firm's executive and professional engineer. She is a New York State Licensed Professional Engineer with over 25 years of experience in construction and engineering including positions in facilities management, consulting, and contracting. Michelle earned both her Bachelor and Master of Engineering degrees from The Cooper Union.
Dan Fast serves as the firm's senior engineer and provides an unequivocal source of knowledge and experience to Norfast. Dan is the lead project manager for projects requiring expert and skilled knowledge on electrical and mechanical design. He has in-depth experience with co-op boards having served as President for many years at North Queens View Homes, Inc. Dan holds certificates in Construction Safety, Fire Protection Engineering Technology-Fire Alarm Systems, Life Safety Systems, and Network Testing and Installation. He received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from The Cooper Union and was a Journeyman Electrician with Local #3, I.B.E.W.
Liz Martin serves as one of the firm's preservationists and assistant project managers. Her hands-on and academic education in preservation are applied daily when she coordinates and executes many projects through out New York City, including facade and window restorations. Completing thorough research beforehand, Liz ensures that each project is fully prepared to be executed easily. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Historic Preservation with a minor in Architectural History from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
