We are fortunate enough to count The Rockefeller University as a long-standing client. Norfast has been hired to work on multiple buildings on the campus including Founder's Hall, Nurse's Residence, Flexner Hall, Smith Hall, Bronk Laboratory, Weiss Research Building, Scholar's Residence, and Faculty House. Norfast provides facade and roof inspections and repair design. 

The most recent project included a facade restoration for the university's 38-story Scholars Residence. The building, designed by Abramowitz-Harris-Kingsland, spans FDR Drive along the East River and was completed in 1989.
